Refund policy

Returns
Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.
Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene and food-safety reasons.
Products that have been damaged, altered, or misused by the customer are not eligible for return.
If the product arrives damaged or there is an issue with the order, the customer should contact you as soon as possible with photos/videos.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes after payment is completed.
After 15 minutes, cancellation may no longer be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
